“Trading Safety Tools” means product controls and operating rules intended to reduce risk. It does not mean insurance, reimbursement, guaranteed authenticity, guaranteed condition, guaranteed value, guaranteed delivery, escrow, or legal dispute resolution. Every collector remains responsible for deciding whether to complete and ship a trade.
