COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Collect honestly. Communicate respectfully.

Every founding collector is responsible for making the beta safer, clearer, and more trustworthy.

Effective September 2, 2026 · Founding Collector Beta

Be accurate

  • Post only a card you own or genuinely want.
  • Use current photographs of the actual Have card.
  • Disclose creases, tears, stains, writing, trimming, restoration, alteration, reprints, and other known defects.
  • Do not misstate grading, authenticity, scarcity, ownership, or completed-trade history.

Be respectful

  • Keep messages focused on the proposed card trade.
  • No threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, repeated unwanted contact, pressure, or retaliation.
  • Do not seek personal information beyond what is required for an agreed trade.
  • Do not move a suspicious conversation off-platform to avoid the beta record.

Protect privacy

Never publish your own or another person’s full name, email address, cellphone number, home address, tracking number, authentication information, or private message. Mailing information is for one agreed trade and may not be reused, shared, or retained for unrelated purposes.

One person, one account

Duplicate accounts, impersonation, rating manipulation, coordinated deception, and returning after suspension without written permission are prohibited.

Report concerns

Stop the trade, preserve screenshots and shipment records, and use Duke2 Innovations customer support to report a listing, message, member, suspected counterfeit, missing shipment, or privacy concern. Do not conduct a public accusation campaign or reveal private information.

Enforcement

Responses may include a warning, content removal, trade pause, feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent ban, preservation of records, or referral to a carrier, payment provider, platform provider, or authority when appropriate. Severity, evidence, history, cooperation, and risk guide the response.
