Duke #2 CollectionsDUKE #2 COLLECTIONSCARD EXCHANGE
BETA PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Founding collectors help prove the system.

The goal of this beta is controlled validation—not artificial marketplace activity or premature revenue.

Effective September 2, 2026 · Founding Collector Beta

1. Who may participate

Only an approved invited adult age 18 or older may participate. A participant must use a U.S. domestic mailing address and the same verified email that Duke2 approved. Invitations are limited, personal, and revocable.

2. What participants test

  • Accurate Have and Want listings with clear photographs.
  • Search, matching, one-card offers, and multi-card offers.
  • Counteroffers, mutual acceptance, and prevention of double-committed cards.
  • Private messages, address release, packaging, shipping, and trade records.
  • Safety reports, support response, moderation, account controls, and data requests.

3. Honest beta activity

Do not create fake collectors, ratings, completed trades, or misleading activity. Demonstration content must be labeled “Beta Test Listing” or “Demonstration Listing.” Use cards you control and do not mark a test trade completed unless the stated test was actually performed.

4. No fee or automatic conversion

Participation is free during the beta. No payment method is required, no paid membership begins automatically, and no free period converts to billing. If a paid program is offered later, it will require new disclosures and explicit consent.

5. Feedback and records

Participants agree to provide truthful feedback about errors, confusing steps, support time, safety concerns, disputes, and completed tests. Duke2 may use that feedback without identifying the participant publicly. Trade, moderation, and test records may be preserved for validation and safety review.

6. Safety stop

Do not continue a trade when a card, identity, address, message, or request appears suspicious. Stop, preserve the records, and contact support. Duke2 may pause any account, feature, or the full beta while a concern is investigated.

7. Acceptance

Approved participants must accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Prohibited Items Policy, and Shipping & Dispute Policy before completing a profile or posting a card. Continued use after a material update may require renewed acceptance.
