- Semantic headings, labeled controls, alternative text, and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard access for primary navigation, search, filters, listings, dialogs, and forms.
- Visible focus indicators and live announcements for changing search results and notices.
- Responsive layouts and text sized for practical reading on mobile and desktop.
- Color is not intended to be the only way important status is communicated.
Known limitations
The authenticated beta workflows, uploaded card photographs, third-party authentication screens, and provider-controlled pages may contain barriers or inconsistent experiences. Alternative text for member-uploaded card images is generated from listing information and may not describe every visual detail.
Request help or report a barrier
Use the Duke2 Innovations contact form and select Accessibility. Identify the page, control, task, device, browser, assistive technology, and the format or assistance that would help. Duke2 will review the request and offer a reasonable alternative when possible.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is part of beta validation. Findings that block account access, card posting, trade review, privacy controls, or safety reporting receive priority.
