Agree clearly. Package carefully. Keep proof.
Collectors ship directly to each other. Duke2 provides operating rules and review—not insurance or reimbursement.
Effective September 2, 2026 · Founding Collector Beta1. Confirm the exact trade
Before acceptance, both collectors must review every card, the current front and back photographs, condition, disclosed defects, quantity, grading information, and any special packaging or timing requirement. Do not confirm a trade based only on estimated value or an incomplete message.
2. Condition descriptions
Use the available condition label as a summary, then disclose specific defects in the details and photographs. “Mint” or “Near Mint” is not a guarantee and should not be used when a known defect contradicts it. Professionally graded cards must show the holder, label, certification number, and any visible holder damage.
3. Postage and packaging
Each collector pays for and is responsible for their own outbound shipment unless both collectors record a different agreement before acceptance. Use a penny sleeve or equivalent protection, a rigid holder, team bag or moisture barrier, and a sturdy mailer appropriate to the card. Do not allow tape to touch a card or exposed holder opening.
4. Timing and tracking
Ship within three business days after both addresses are confirmed, unless both collectors record another date. Use trackable shipping for the beta and keep the receipt, tracking number, photographs of the packed card, and carrier acceptance record until the trade is closed.
5. Cancellation
Either collector may cancel before shipment by recording the cancellation in the trade conversation. Once either shipment is accepted by a carrier, do not cancel unilaterally; contact the other collector and support.
6. Lost or delayed shipment
First check tracking and contact the carrier. Notify the other collector and support promptly. Both collectors must preserve records and cooperate with a carrier inquiry. Duke2 may pause related account activity while reviewing the facts but does not replace cards or reimburse postage, value, or loss.
7. Damage or not as described
Do not alter the card or packaging. Photograph the unopened package, label, protective materials, front, back, holder, and specific problem. Contact the other collector and support within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the trade record, tracking, photographs, and the outcome you are requesting.
8. Review and possible outcomes
Duke2 may request evidence, restrict accounts, remove listings, document an unresolved dispute, or require corrective action for continued beta access. Duke2 does not determine legal ownership or market value and cannot force a return, replacement, payment, carrier decision, or settlement.
