Approved founding collectors do not pay to participate. The site does not offer Card Exchange Stripe checkout, PayPal signup, paid activation, trial conversion, or automatic enrollment during the beta.
Future pricing control
No future price is offered on this site. Before any paid enrollment opens, Duke2 will separately approve and publish the price, renewal date, cancellation method, refund terms, and required consent. A beta account will not convert automatically.
Older payment or subscription question
If you previously paid or believe a subscription remains active, contact Duke2 Innovations customer support using the email attached to the payment. Include the provider, date, amount, and transaction or subscription identifier. Do not place financial details in a public listing or message. Duke2 will review the provider record and explain available cancellation or refund steps.
Trade cancellation is different
Canceling a proposed card trade is governed by the Shipping & Dispute Policy. Duke2 does not process a cash refund for the value of a card, postage, carrier loss, or damage.
